Believer Access
Unrestricted access to the verified expenditure ledgers and downloadable digital membership certificate.

Governing Commercial Framework
- Delivery of Digital Deliverables: Digital pass certificates and tax invoices are generated immediately upon captured payment. Ledger access tokens persist within authenticated client session states.
- Force Majeure Contingencies: In the event of unforeseen systemic disruptions, legislative or regulatory halts, financial crises, or founder incapacity, Third Estate enforces a strict 30-business-day cure timeline to restore operational access before any claim processing. - Refund Restrictions: Because pass considerations directly fund immediate public data extraction, compute overhead, and survey analytics, refunds are strictly governed by our Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
